Startup India registration: get your startup recognised by DPIIT.
Startup India recognition comes from DPIIT, a government department. It opens the door to tax benefits, lower fees for trademarks and patents, and government schemes. We check that you qualify, explain your idea in the way DPIIT expects, apply for you and answer their questions.
Who it is for

- Businesses set up in the last 10 years.
- Businesses building a new or better product, process or service, or one that can grow fast.

Questions
Does recognition give me the 3-year tax holiday?
Not on its own. Recognition is the first step. To get the 80-IAC exemption, an eligible company or LLP makes a separate application to a government board, which decides each case.
Can a proprietorship apply?
No. Only Private Limited companies, registered partnership firms and LLPs can be recognised.
Is there a limit on sales?
Yes. Your yearly sales must never have gone above ₹100 crore since you started. The business also can't have been formed by splitting up or restructuring an existing one.
Can you guarantee I'll be recognised?
No. DPIIT decides every application. We write yours to their published rules, which makes questions and rejections less likely, but nobody can promise the result.
Ready to get recognised?
Tell us about your product and your business. We'll check you qualify and send a quote.
